When standard catalog flanges do not meet your project requirements, Flanges.IO provides custom flange manufacturing services. Common custom flange requests include oversized flanges beyond the B16.47 range (larger than 60"), flanges in exotic alloys such as Hastelloy C-276, Inconel 625, Monel 400, or titanium Grade 2, and standard flanges with modified features like special bore sizes for non-standard pipe schedules, tapped holes for instrument connections, or reduced bolt circle diameters.
All custom flanges are manufactured by ASME-certified forging and machining facilities with complete material traceability per EN 10204 Type 3.1.
